Service Description
Our Commercial Usage License grants businesses and professionals permission to use their purchased images for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes use on websites, social media, advertising materials, print marketing, business profiles, and other promotional platforms. Because these images are being used to promote or generate revenue for a business, a commercial license ensures proper usage rights beyond personal use.
Cancellation Policy
All photographs come with personal usage, including prints, social media posts and family/friend distribution. To be able to use photographs for commercial purposes you must purchase a commercial use license. This license is a one time fee for the life of the photograph(s), no matter the size of the session and photographs requested for use. To use the distributed photograph(s)with Hersey Photography's logo you will pay a $50 fee. To use the distributed photograph(s) without a logo present you will pay a $150 fee. A license must be signed either in person, or via email to be granted your license and non-logo photograph(s).
